Australia Day in Sydney
By wattsy | January 25, 2008
Australia Day celebrations are always big in Sydney and this year is no exception. Things that are on this weekend include the 10k international wheelchair race at Circular Quay. The NRMA Motorfest featuring over 1000 classic cars on Macquarie Street. Ferrython is a Ferry race on Sydney harbour between Fort Denison to Shark Island and back to the Harbour Bridge. There are also plenty of events and performances at The Rocks, headlined by Evermore and Something For Kate, followed by the huge fireworks display at Darling Harbour.
