Compass Cup cow race

This Australia day marks the 35th Mt Compass Cup, claimed to be Australia’s only cow race. The event sounds like plenty of fun with events like the ute show, thong throwing, a tractor pull and a rubber boot marathon. Mount Compass is about an hour’s drive south of Adelaide, on the Fleurieu Peninsula.http://www.compasscup.com.au
